The company's capacity includes three clean assembly rooms; a high bay clean assembly area, a class 1000 clean room and paint booth.
The three clean assembly rooms are supported by in-house manufacturing processes including; machining, welding and fabrication. Complete quality system integration is a result of the comprehensive support function consisting of program management, engineering, quality assurance, production control and supplier management. Integrative processes include calibration and testing of discrete components, mechanical and electronic components, as required.
Based on Customer commitments, the company provides "work cell" manufacturing dedicated to the assembly, facbrication and testing of each project. Complete ESD sensitive manufacturing areas can be provided as required to support each project.
