Baths are constructed of Natural Polypropylene, PVDF, PFA or in 316L Stainless. They are available in a variety of sizes: Single or Double 4¡¨, 5¡¨, 6¡¨, 8¡¨ and custom sizes.

Inner and Outer Tanks are of molded construction for most wafer sizes. Custom Sizes are often fabricated to meet any process specification. We manufacture both molded and fabricated PFA tanks to meet our customer¡¦s needs. Our weir style is a single or 360„a overflow with a sawtooth edge. Systems are plumbed in PP, PVDF or Teflon as required.
