Anadigm LTD formerly Anadyne Microelectronics was formed in January, 2000. The company is also incorporated in the USA with headquarters in Cupertino, California. With development sites in Cheshire (UK) and Arizona (USA), along with business offices in Germany and California, Anadigm has immediately established worldwide presence with a clear intent to serve our customers on a global basis. Principal investors are 3i (Europe's leading VC), Quester Capital Management (High Technology, UK) and Motorola (USA). Although Anadigm's Field Programmable Analog (FPA) technology clearly benefits from the previous years of R&D inside Motorola, the company has set a very clear strategy and continued development path, which will address a completely new analog design methodology. The current industry trend sees system designers demanding higher level definition capabilities and implementation for their electronic systems. Software will be the primary product, silicon will be the implementation. Digital systems are on a fast track in meeting this demand – analog sub-systems are being left behind.

Anadigm will lead the emerging market for raising analog design to a level of abstraction, while offering highly versatile, dynamically reconfigurable analog IPmodules in a field programmable technology.
The mystique, high risk, high cost and extended development schedules associated historically with analog sub-system design will, to a large degree, be removed and replaced by analog product which can be dynamically reconfigured - through system firmware. The company's experienced international management team sees the new era of Intellectual Property (IP), and the ease of electronic access (best exemplified in the current internet environment) as key elements in the delivery of an open-architecture approach to the development of significant analog IPmodules. Anadigm will offer comprehensive security levels in the development of analog IPmodules, such that customers and third-party design services, who develop analog IPmodules on Anadigm product are protected.
