Airborne Molecular Contamination Monitoring System
The Airborne Molecular Contamination (AMC) Monitoring System provides monitoring for parts per billion (PPB) levels of specific chemicals or chemical families
The Airborne Molecular Contamination (AMC) Monitoring System provides monitoring for parts per billion (PPB) levels of specific chemicals or chemical families. The AMC Monitoring System is designed to monitor sensitive environments where AMC levels affect the process. Examples of applications include semiconductor deep UV photolithography, data storage media and GMR head operations.
With real-time graphs, charts, statistical process control (SPC), alarming, paging and facility maps, the AMC Monitoring System has the ability to interface to any sensor/monitor currently built into your facility. True open architecture allows devices from any manufacturer to be connected to the system. The system can also be extended to pass data to your existing computer network, allowing you to view from your computer on your desk all the conditions that affect your facility.
