Aeronex gas purifiers give customers the process edge through improved process control and greater yield. Available for area, bulk, and point-of-use applications, Aeronex GateKeeper and Infinity purification systems remove contaminants such as H2O, O2, CO, CO2, hydrocarbons, and H2 to sub-ppb levels from bulk and specialty gases.

Aeronex provides standard and custom solutions for a wide range of gas purification applications. Some common gases purified include nitrogen, compressed dry air (CDA), corrosives, ammonia, hydrogen, arsine, and helium. Additionally, Aeronex offers high capacity purifiers that "drop-in" and replace short-lived competitive units leading to lower cost of ownership.

Typical benefits of purification include improved yield and greater process control through the elimination of molecular contaminants such as oxygen, moisture, or hydrocarbons. Process temperatures can be reduced thereby leading to dramatically reduced cost of ownership for the process tool. Purifiers have also been proven to extend the life of process components used in corrosive gas service.

The Infinity purification system is a stand-alone system offering in-situ regeneration and advanced controls. The system provides a continuous supply of high purity gas at the lowest cost of ownership.
