Tanisys Receives Patent Approval

Austin, TX -- Tanisys Technology, Inc. recently received approval for its latest test related patent. The patent, titled "Method and System for Distributed Testing of Electronic Devices," is Tanisys' 16th patent granted by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

This technology, referred to as the Tanisys Distributed Network Architecture, is utilized in Tanisys' current product lines, including the Model 500 for Flash test and the M1K for DRAM. This enabling technology allows Tanisys to have unprecedented expandability in its test platforms, allowing from 1 to over 512 devices to be tested in parallel.

Tanisys' extensive IP, including this latest patent grant, is a critical factor in Tanisys' success in providing advanced test equipment at a lower price-point than traditional ATE solutions. This commitment to create new, innovative approaches to test and the continued development and protection of IP further distinguishes Tanisys from its' competitors.
