Cosmos Factory, Inc. incorporated in June of 1996 with the mission to design and produce a complete line of modular diffusion equipment for the semiconductor industry. Our goal is to deliver equipment that uses state of the art technology at below industry prices. This enables the system designs to be energy efficient, compact, and require very low maintenance while producing high quality results. The first systems we have developed are targeted for the low cost, high production arena.

The principal partners in the company are Scott Gauthier, and James Young. Scott has over twenty years experience in the semiconductor and high energy industries. He has worked with various design teams and as a contractor for fab equipment design, facility planning and process integration. James also has over twenty years supporting, building and designing various electronic based equipment. This includes semiconductor process equipment, robotics, consumer electronics, tele-communication and data-communication systems. Both Scott and James also have extensive aerospace experience gained from the U.S.A.F in the mid 1970's.
