Actinix was founded in 1997, originally as Photonics Automation Products. The name was changed to reflect more our focus on the semiconductor industry, in particular for metrology and inspection pertaining to DUV lithography. Actinix currently produces 193 nm light sources for at-wavelength lithographic evaluation and measurements, and will soon release new products for the 157 nm generation.
