Specializing in high speed die attach and pick & place equipment. Our experience and knowledge base is a product of a close relationship to the respected German manufacturer, Foton. Our relationship with Foton dates to the late 1970's.

In 1995, VLSI Research identified 3S-Phoenix among the top ten best suppliers of die bonding equipment in the world. VLSI Research is an international supplier of semiconductor market research data. We support a worldwide market with factory field service, national and international sales representatives. Quick response to our customer's needs is our number 1 goal.

Our design center in Chandler, Arizona, is uniquely equipped for the development and manufacture of custom equipment. We utilize standard components with reliable, proven designs where possible to shorten lead times. However, our customers typically need a machine that is specific for their needs only. To accomidate this need we are staffed with skilled professionals from design,machining, assembly, documentation, to the final test and shipment of each unit.

In 1998, 3S-Phoenix, Inc. became a wholly owned subsidiary of 3S Silicon Tech, Inc., headquartered in Taiwan. This relationship allows for further expansion into world markets.
