The T6500 series of test systems are zero footprint test systems offering standard testing speeds of 30, 60, or 125MHz that can be upgraded after installation.
The series was designed specifically for the low-end market. However, these systems also have the option of testing at a maximum of 125, 250, or 500MHz, when using the pin multiplex function that comes with each tester. Finally, their single test station design has 512 testing pins, which allows a total of 8 devices to be tested simultaneously.
Every tester in the T6500 series borrows the OS used in the T6682 and T6672 high-end systems, employs "Viewpoint" testing software, and has common test programs and performance boards.
