Yaskawa's Bestact "Best Contact" power reed switch products provide unparalleled levels of reliability coupled with broad control switching ability giving design engineers and end users incomparable performance capability. Off-the-shelf common interface products for harsh environmental applications are relays, limit/proximity switches and push-button devices.

Bestact is a hermetically sealed, high power (up to AC 250V) inductive rated reed switch employed in a number of application products in which incomparable reliability and versatility have been achieved. This product was designed for use in large scale industrial control systems to increase overall system reliability and for important civic applications where failure is not tolerated. Field-proven features of BestactTM include the aforementioned reliability as well as exceptional immunity to high temperature and humidity, corrosive gases or vapors and electrical noise/surge. Additionally, Bestact switches also exhibit high shock and vibration resistance.

Applicability
3 and 5 amp inductive rated switches are available depending upon customer's applications. Five series of modifications are applicable: I/O Relays, Multipole Relays, Limit Switches, Push-button Switches (PBR), and Magnetic Proximity Switches. These are available for off-the-shelf delivery, realizing maximum reliability and maintenance-free operation for various control systems in many different industrial fields from general to heavy industry.
