Datasheet: Batch Treatment System

The Batch Treatment (BT) System is a semi-automatic packaged system to perform batch chemical precipitation operation. The pH (acid or caustic) is adjusted automatically. Additional treatment chemicals will be added manually.

The system includes a fiberglass cone bottom tank with two chemical feed pumps, decant port, a pH indicator/controller, an air diaphragm pump for sludge removal, a mixer, high level alarm and a local electrical control panel.
