The HPS® Series 999 Quattro™ Vacuum Transducer from MKS Instruments combines all the pressure sensing technology required by today's advanced vacuum tools into one compact package with a single electronic interface. With absolute measurement between 10-10 and 1,000 torr and differential measurement between -760 and +760 Torr for atmospheric switching capabilities, the Quattro transducer uses several different technologies to provide highly accurate measurement in one smoothed output.
