Gemini Low-Voltage Cleanroom Ionization System

The Gemini low-voltage cleanroom ionization system provides high levels of performance and control through individually addressable ceiling emitter modules. Ion output and balance can be adjusted using either a system controller or a hand-held infrared remote control. Once installed and calibrated, the system maintains proper ion output and coverage for extended periods of time. It is designed to be easily installed in most cleanroom ceiling systems.

The smart system controller polls emitter module to verify system operation. Under normal conditions, the LCD displays System OK to provide assurance that no alarm conditions exist. Ion output and balance can be adjusted for individual emitter modules or for the entire group of emitter modules.

Aerodynamically designed to minimize turbulence in unidirectional airflow, each module contains separate positive and negative emitter points with microprocessor control of ion output and balance. Modules are available with the company's Germanium emitters for ionization designed for ultra-clean environments. The system has an output to link to computer-controlled monitoring systems.
