Ismeca USA Inc.ape-and-reel machine provides a reliable solution for inspecting and taping components fed from plastic tubes or multi-track magazines. The MP200's vision system can inspect components for true three-dimensional coplanarity, mark and two-dimensional lead alignment. Once inspected, the system auto-rejects defective components to tube or bulk bin. A second vision system inspects for tape pocket integrity, part orientation, and two-dimensional inspection.

The MP200 achieves throughput rates up to 6,500 units per hour for high-speed applications. The system accepts many two-sided components and is ideally suited for smaller components such as TSSOPs and MSOPs.

The MP200 is compatible with a wide range of tape widths from 8mm to 56mm. The system features a compact footprint, minimal additional tooling for most component changes and quick changeover, offering the customer a flexible, efficient machine.
