TSI Inc. Receives ISO Recertification With Zero Nonconformance Issues
April 27, 2011
TSI Incorporated is pleased to announce the ISO 9001:2008 standard recertification of its Shoreview, Minnesota facility. Spanning three and a half days, the in-depth ISO audit performed by BSI reviewed the quality management system in great detail. In addition to achieving recertification, TSI proudly reports that zero nonconformance findings were issued.
Tom Jacobson, TSI Vice President, Operations, comments "The auditors have seen hundreds of companies, of all sizes and types, in great detail. The fact that they consider TSI among the best they have seen is a testament to the employees of TSI and their quality performance."
As the world's largest developer of quality standards, ISO (International Organization for Standardization) helps ensure the manufacturing process is efficient, safe and clean – all leading to quality products that meet consumer standards. To maintain their ISO certification, companies must pass a registered third-party recertification audit every three years and a surveillance audit yearly.
TSI strives to meet or exceed customers' needs and expectations through continual improvement of processes, products and services. For more information, visit www.tsi.com.
