Environmental Charter

We, at NTT Advanced Technology Corporation, in compliance with the NTT Group's Environmental Charter, will do our utmost to preserve the earth's environment in all aspects of our business activity. We will harness our resources in leading-edge technology to develop new technologies and provide new services that will contribute to reducing the environmental load, in pursuit of our goal of bringing to reality an earth-friendly society.

1. Development of new technologies and provision of new services that contribute to environmental protection
   On the strength of our leading-edge technology and development capability, we will contribute to the resolution of environmental problems by developing, on our own initiative, systems that contribute to reducing the environmental load.
2. Operational Procedures which are environmentally-friendly
   In conducting our business, we will rigorously observe the laws and regulations related to environment issues, set goals specifically addressing environmental protection, build an environmental management system, and make a continued effort to prevent environmental contamination and to reduce environmental risks.
3. Cultivation of an awareness of environmental issues both within and outside our corporation
   We will disseminate information about activities related to environmental protection both within and outside our corporation. We will also cultivate an environmentally-sensitive attitude in our employees and request our business partners to cooperate with us in activities related to environmental protection.
