Advantest's M7321A Dynamic Test Handler for High Throughput Testing of DIMM, RIMM Memory Modules

Advantest has released the M7321A Memory Module Handler designed for DIMM, SIMM, and other memory modules. This handler is capable of testing up to 16 modules simultaneously and can apply testing temperatures ranging from 50 to 100 degrees C.The M7321A incorporates a unique module tray carrying mechanism and has a maximum throughput of 1700 devices per hour. The footprint and cost have also been reduced.
The M7321A is ideal for the 184 pin RIMM and 168 pin DIMM, as well as so type modules.
